The New Zealand Charities Commission – Komihana Kaupapa Atawhai – is responsible for registering and monitoring charitable organisations in New Zealand, as well as providing support and education to the charitable sector on good governance and management.
This website hosts the register of charities, which is a searchable database of all registered charities in New Zealand. The database includes information including address, contact details, key officers, charitable purpose as well as downloadable supporting documents.
