Interesting piece - as for the practical tools you mentioned, we&#039;ve just developed a Supporter Journey module for our ProgressCRM fundraising software. It tracks supporter journeys and provides information from the database about how those journeys are made, how long they take, the initiatives that see people move to the next milestone etc etc. The customers seem to like it.

Anyway, happy to show it to you in action if you like.
