KnowUK is a unique online service developed to provide a complete collection of current, useful and UK-specific reference information from over 100 of the most widely used reference publications in the UK, including Debretts and Who’s Who.

KnowUK allows basic searches (single word, a number of words, or an exact phrase), and you can select the publications that you want it to search. It can also cope with other Boolean search terms not listed as an option.

N.B. KnowUK is free via many local libraries, so it’s worth checking this out first before subscribing; particularly as more and more libraries are developing remote access to their resources.
