THINK focuses on High Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) rather than the traditional products or techniques that have typically been used to secure major gifts.

Tony has guided numerous feasibility studies, strategies and appeals over the past 10 years and is well known for his reputation for originality, expertise and skills in this area.

Some of the ways we can support you:

1. Feasibility Studies
This might be around a specific campaign, or more generally about HNWIs as donors. The study
can be a single process, or divided into two key stages:

  • pre-feasibility – this concentrates on internal readiness and the case for support
  • case feasibility – this can extend into prospect interviews to test the strength of the
    case and the market willingness to fund the suggested campaign or to engage with the suggested programme.

THINK Intelligence plays a major role in feasibility studies with an initial assessment of existing and potential donors, and our partnership with Prospecting for Gold provides an invaluable tool for database screening at an early stage.

2. Strategy Development
Developing a strategy that is fully owned and understood across the organisation and has the right level of resource allocated to ensure success.

3. Case Production
This refers to both the internal case and the case materials, which can be developed by THINK’s Specialist Materials team.

4. Campaign Support and Mentoring
Support and mentoring is shaped around each client’s needs and skill set. Usually, we provide one or two days a month support, to help keep everything on track.
