As you know we at THINK, love to think, BUT we also love to do!
In these tough financial times, non profits are increasingly turning to digital to recruit and engage supporters cost-effectively, so THINK have really stepped up what we offer on the doing-side of Digital!
So here are six practical things you might not know that we do with our team of digital experts…
1. Online fundraising testing – fed up by getting bogged down in meetings to change anything on your website – let alone get any data on the results? Well we can set you up in a matter of days with a set of landing pages that you can A/B split test yourselves (or multi-variant test if you’re feeling really confident) and make a tangible difference to the success of all your online donation campaigns. We have also been working with a leading usability agency, Nomensa, to develop the perfect online donation experience so you’ll get access to this thinking too. 2. Crowd-funding – with sites like Kiva & CRUK’s MyProjects the sector is alive with this new form of transparent and social fundraising. We have been building a number of crowd-funding experiences for clients. We’re currently working on an exciting new crowd-funding micro site for Quarriers. Check out these great visual designs.
3. Facebook applications – we know success in Facebook is all about the content & experience you offer – not applications for the sake of it. So we developed a Facebook application for UNHCR that brings real-time news and information about emergencies directly into Facebook. 4. Mobile – we developed an iPhone app for Meningitis Trust which had rave reviews and helped the Meningitis Trust reach a new, younger audience. We’re also helping them with a mobile version of their website after researching that they get almost 15% of their visits from mobile devices. Read more: http://bit.ly/e943OF
5. Molly’s site – we quickly and cheaply set up a site for Molly’s fund capital campaign that has nearly reached its target of £1million! Not bad for 3 weeks work at a £10k budget! www.mollysfund.org.uk
6. Online influencers – we can help you find people in the blogosphere and social media to tell your stories and increase your reach. For one client, we found over 150 influential bloggers who were already writing about their cause area. Between them they were already reaching an audience of around 3 million – more than they could ever reach through traditional online advertising.
