Experienced, professional managers, marketers, strategists and fundraising specialists are worth their weight in gold to not for profits – but they’re not always easy to find.

That can mean an important post staying vacant for months, with valuable time, leadership and expertise being lost on key projects.

Over the years we’ve worked in the not for profit sector, we’ve met many great people, and have built up an extended network of fundraisers, managers, digital specialists, team leaders and strategists who we know can meet these kinds of requirements.

We match their skills with what organisations are looking for, and help to kick start, develop and complete develop many different kinds of assignments.

If you have a gap in one of your teams that needs attention, an interim placement from THINK could be what you need. Maybe you have no team leader right now, or there’s an important grant submission due and no one has capacity to take it on?

Our interim assignments usually look like this:

  • It’s a senior / specialist post that requires 5+ years experience
  • The main focus of the role is more operational than strategic
  • The contract will be for at least two days a week, most likely on site
  • It will be for 3 months or more, but fixed term
