GREAT RESULTS FROM OUR INTERIM MANAGER CLIENT SATISFACTION SURVEY
Having recently introduced a survey to measure and monitor clients’ satisfaction with our interim manager service, we’re thrilled with the initial results.
100% of clients surveyed would recommend THINK’s interim manager service to other charities and they feel that the quality of THINK’s interim manager service is excellent or good. 83% of clients are extremely pleased with the overall performance of their THINK interim manager would definitely or are very likely use THINK’s interim manager service again.
We achieved scores of at least 27 out of 30 to questions about our understanding of clients’ interim requirements, our provision of suitable candidates for interview and our ability to meet required timescales and overall assignment objectives.
We believe that it’s imperative to seek feedback and during the course of an interim management assignment, we’re regularly in touch with both the client and the interim manager. This enables us to check that expectations and objectives are being met and deal with any potential issues as they arise. It’s also about building relationships, which we really enjoy!
