Beccy is a highly successful project manager with an excellent achievement record in a variety of roles within a variety of roles at Cancer Research UK. She is experienced in strategy development and implementation, change management, communication and financial management and has been responsible for managing fundraising support functions as well as donor facing fundraising teams.

Whilst Head of Operations at CR UK, she was responsible for a multi functional team which ran all Community Fundraising databases, administrative and financial systems and training and development and was responsible for departmental restructures including amalgamation of two departments, office closures and re-location, database and systems integration. Rebecca is skilled in systems analysis and improvement.
