Right now I’m focused on
“…reviewing THINK’s systems and resources to ensure we have all the processes in place to deliver as smooth and professional a service as possible. I’m also managing a team of researchers for a national animal welfare charity and designing a research questionnaire that will help deliver the retail insights they’re looking for. Ultimately we’ll be able to leave them with an extremely comprehensive report that can help them enhance their retail operations and boost profitability.”
How I got to THINK
“I went straight from university to Marks and Spencer’s retail management programme. It was great grounding but it left me wanting something more, which is how I ended up in the Red Cross retail department. Then, after three years away as head of retail at National Children’s Homes, I returned to the Red Cross, which I still felt passionately about.”
“There, I started to broaden my experience, moving into community fundraising and becoming head of fundraising development…then on to devising strategies for national fundraising events and managing and training volunteers. Since starting a family I’ve focused on research and report writing and now manage THINK’s excellent research teams as well.”
