I’m also coaching and mentoring a number of clients, some of whom I’ve been working with closely for over a decade. I love this work: listening to where the challenge lies, then helping clients see to the bottom of it and unlock their own potential to solve it and move forward in leaps and bounds.

How I got to THINK
I started as a community fundraiser 26 years ago with a car full of stationery. I went on to work directly on almost every form of fundraising, and at every level going up. I’m now committed to working as a consultant because I believe I can have the biggest and broadest impact from an objective and wide ranging perspective. I first got involved in the education and development side of the profession about 18 years ago. Since then I’ve become a Fellow of the Institute of Fundraising and I travel all over the world inspiring audiences at conferences on key issues and the developing trends affecting the not-for-profit sector.
