We have an extensive range of interim managers and would like to introduce you to some of them here:
Saul is an accomplished senior fundraiser with nearly 20 years’ experience of managing relationships and generating income. Saul’s fundraising career started in 1998 at Action for Children and he has gone on to lead successful teams at the MS Society, NSPCC and ChildLine. He is diplomatic, tenacious and passionate about inspiring donors (individuals, companies or trusts). Saul is adaptable; with the experience and expertise to lead a team and provide strategic direction or to deliver hands-on fundraising, as appropriate for the assignment. He enjoys new challenges and relishes the opportunity to make a difference in varied settings and for varied causes.
Marianne studied law and then worked at City firm Linklaters as a qualified solicitor before moving to Hong Kong and working for IMG & the Hong Kong Cancer Fund. She then joined the Science Museum, managing all non-corporate fundraising (1998-2005) before taking a career break. Marianne returned in 2011 as Head of Corporate Relationships leading a team to secure the Museum’s ambitious plans. She sits on the TEDxFulhamWomen committee, has taught and marked on the ESA Sponsorship Diploma and co-judged the Corporate Engagement Awards 2013.
Richard combines extensive experience in advertising agencies at the highest level with an understanding of client-side marketing gained at the BBC and more recently in the not-profit sector as Head of Marketing for the UK’s leading blood cancer charity. As such, he is able to manage in a variety of different environments and understands the strategic, creative and practical demands of developing a healthy brand to enable and enhance a strong fundraising proposition for multiple audiences. First inspired to work for charities following a career break spent volunteering in Peru, he is now working in the sector on an interim basis while completing his PhD in Contemporary History.
